You
- are a lawyer by conviction
- have high demands on the quality of your work
- want to enthusiastically dedicate yourself to new tasks
You have excellent legal knowledge, a good technical comprehension and are fluent in the English language both written and spoken. Ideally, you already have practical experience in data protection and IT law, but in any case a proven interest in these areas of law.
Your Tasks
As a lawyer specializing in data protection (f/m/x), you will advise and represent our clients in all questions of data protection and IT law, including related areas of law. Your tasks include in particular:
- Preparation of legal opinions and statements under data protection law
- Preparation and negotiation of data protection and IT contracts
- Data Protection Compliance Projects
- Representation in court and official supervisory proceedings
International Data Protection Consultant (f/m/x)
Your Profile
You
- have high demands on the quality of your work
- have a good technical comprehension
- want to enthusiastically dedicate yourself to new tasks.
You have a degree in business law, passed the first state examination in law, a comparable legal education or a technical education and proven knowledge of data protection law. Experience in data protection consulting, for example as an external data protection officer, is desirable, but not a condition.
Your Tasks
As a data protection consultant with a focus on international clients, you will support the handling of mandates in all questions of data protection law and related legal areas. Your tasks include in particular:
- Review of data protection contracts
- Activities of a Data Protection Officer and a EU Representative according to Art. 27 GDPR
- Data Protection Compliance Projects
Legal Research Assistants (m/f/x)
Your Profile
You
- have high demands on the quality of your work

You have passed your first state examination in law or a comparable legal education and fluent in written and spoken English. You are currently in your legal clerkship or work on your doctorate degree. Experience and knowledge in data protection and IT law are welcome, but not a condition.
Your Tasks
As a legal research assistant you will support our client’s work in all questions of data protection and IT law. Your tasks include in particular:
- Preparation of legal opinions and statements under data protection law
- Review of data protection and IT contracts
- Support for data protection compliance projects
- Preparation of pleadings for court and official supervisory proceedings.
