However, an exception applies to so-called list data. List data is information about professional, branch and business names, names, titles, academic degrees, address and year of birth as well as a so-called group characteristic. These data may be collected, processed and also transmitted (thus sold). In such cases, the address data trader must ensure that the data subjects can obtain information about the origin of the data.
